Hello there!

I'm Ruth & I know exactly how it feels to have no energy and have no idea what to do about it.

I'm an analyst at a hospital and I love health and data.  When I found myself exhausted every night, unable to play with my two young kids, I decided to use my data skills and do some investigating.

I started collecting all of the information I can.  What I realized is that a lot of my symptoms fluctuated with my menstrual cycle.  Maybe you can relate to monthly migraines and exhaustion?  Understanding when my triggers were going to happen helped me change my lifestyle and keep myself headache and PMS-free.

I realized that ALL THE DATA wasn't necessary and keeping track of my cycle, heart rate variability, and new interventions (changes) I'm making can help give a full view of what's going on with my body.
