My Background
Big disclaimer: I am not a clinician! Do not take medical advice from me, because I do not have that training. I am someone who reads about health and listens to health podcasts CONSTANTLY in my free time. I find it all fascinating, and I love to experiment on myself. I hope that what I’ve learned can help others as well. Remember, you should always consult a physician before beginning a new diet or workout or taking any new supplements.
I’m constantly gathering health information and realized that I can share what I learn with others to help us all get healthier. I also benefit from working in a hospital (in IT, I repeat I’M NOT A CLINICIAN) so I can bounce some ideas off of doctors and nurses that I work with. I actually went to school for engineering because I think very logically, and I love to solve problems. I’m really good at taking a bunch of information and creating unique, practical solutions that are easy to follow. It’s my way to organize all of the information around me.

My Published Work
I have an MS in Health Systems Management. I considered getting a PhD because I love to research so much but realized that I wouldn’t want to focus on one single topic. There are so many different things to learn about, which is why this blog is perfect for me. This blog is new, but I currently work in an academic medical center in IT, and here are a few places my (non-hormone) research has been published/presented.
